 Description

Our health depends on our diet. Our health depends on total fat in our body.
There are many diets that help you keep fit and slim.
Some of diets tell you to keep optimum proportions of carbohydrates, lipids and proteins (e.g. Dr Sears diet). Others will tell you to minimize carbs (e.g. Dr Atkins diet). Yet other use other assumptions. All these diets have thousands of followers who confirm their effectiveness. However, these diets are not really based on sound scientific evidence. Moreover, various diets usually contradict each other as well as the famous food pyramid recommended by doctors.

There is, however, one diet that is entirely effective and based on purely scientific evidence. It can be described in few sentences. It is actually described entirely on this page below.

The miracle diet for everyone: The basis of miracle diet is: speed of losing weight is proportional to the difference between caloric intake and caloric expenditure.

This is how you can lose weight with minimum effort:

  1. Record your weight daily in the morning after urination
  2. Keep a moving average of your daily weight in Excel
  3. Eat whatever you like and follow your own natural taste to keep rational proportions of nutrients (avoid stress and sleep well to be sure your natural taste does not lie to you). Give preference to fruits and vegetables as opposed to fats and sugars
  4. Exercise regularly as much as you find it necessary or enjoyable
  5. Remember how much and when you eat. Try to eat regularly
  6. Once your moving weight average goes up, try to reduce how much you eat
  7. Once your moving weight average goes down, try to keep the same food intake if possible
  8. Once your moving weight average shoots up high, drastically cut down on foods (e.g. eat half or a third of your usual serving)
  9. Formula for success: Be strong. Do not cheat. Stick to the above principles!
  10. Try to understand the caloric value of particular foods. Remember that fats are most caloric. Sugar is highly caloric. On the other hand, water is calorie free. Consequently, fruits and vegetable are often low in calories
This collection will help you understand calories in food and in exercise. Once you memorize it, your daily diet program will become much easier and stressless. Dieting can really be simple and enjoyable. If you are on a fat side, losing weight feels just great!
