support. My Outlook Express opens and then hangs up. How can I
correct it?

The problems is with your comctl32.dll library in Windows. Old Windows 95
installations may contain an earlier version of this library. Please use the URL listed
below to download a free update (about 500K; ver. 4.72). This will not only let you run
SuperMemo but will also improve stability of other W95 and NT applications

You say that to use HTML component I need mshtml.dll and shdocvw.dll installed, but where can I find these files?

These files come with Internet Explorer. If you have IE installed, you already have these files
Up-to-date Mshtml.dll and Shdocvm.dll files are needed to use the HTML component (#5026)

SuperMemo 2000 asks for
Mshtml.dll and Shdocvm.dll libraries but I got them both in c:\windows\system folder. Is it a bug?
Answer:
You need to make sure that two other conditions are met:
Otherwise, SuperMemo will display the following message: "You need Mshtml.dll and Shdocvw.dll installed to use the HTML component". Note that depending on the system, these DLLs can also be located in System32 folder
